Stretching is the most important component to physical activity. There are those that cannot stretch with ease as those suffering from arthritis.Suffering from joint pain and stiffness can be hard when trying to support muscles around the joints.Sleeping is great when one has the chance but many suffering from arthritis find it hard to sleep.
