Himalayan Shiraz Red Wine Salt with its deep red colour and sweet wine aroma is a bold rock salt suited to red meats and pastas. As with all our salts, this is an all-natural product made from Australian Shiraz bottled wine.
The wine is heated, simmered and reduced to a thick syrup. The end result of this process is a significantly more intense red wine flavour concentrated in the reduced volume.
