India invites Pakistan: Bilawal Bhutto calls PM Modi 'Butcher of Gujarat' for SCO summit

India has sent an invitation to Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto to attend the SCO summit. This meeting is scheduled to be held in Goa in the first week of May. On behalf of India's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, through the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, an invitation has been sent to the Pakistani Foreign Minister for the meeting. Apart from this, amidst the ongoing border dispute with China, India has also given an invitation to Chinese Foreign Minister Chin Gang.
