An induction sealing machine is a device used to seal the opening of a container with a foil laminate using electromagnetic induction. It's widely used in industries like pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals to create tamper-evident and leak-proof seals.
How It Works:
A cap with a foil liner (usually aluminum) is placed on the container.
The container passes under an induction coil.
The coil generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field.
This field heats the foil, melting a layer of polymer.
The melted polymer bonds the foil to the container’s rim.
The cap is removed, and the foil remains sealed to the container.
