What Is the EntrePass? | Documents Needed for EntrePass Applications

The Entrepass is essentially a work permit for enterprises. It is a work permit that allows foreigners who are eligible to open and operate a business in Singapore to do so.

This encompasses all types of innovators and investors interested in establishing a presence in Singapore.

Pre-Requirements The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore has outlined the eligibility conditions for businesspeople who seek to obtain an EntrePass, which are as follows:
An applicant for an Entrepass must either have or intend to start a private limited company and register with Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
A individual must be at least 21 years old to apply.
The entrepreneur must own at least 30% of the company's stock.
NOTE: You can only apply for the EntrePass if your firm has been registered in Singapore for less than 6 months. The option, of course, is to form a completely new company and apply before registering.
